Mary L. C. Daniel

Mary Louise Costello Daniel, a native of Winchester, VA, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, Virginia. She graduated from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, in 1993.

She founded The Daniel Group, Attorneys at Law, in July of 1998. She is admitted to practice law in West Virginia (1993), Virginia (1994), and all four Bankruptcy Courts in those states. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States in 2001.

Peter H. Hetzel

Peter H. Hetzel, from Blacksburg, Virginia, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, Virginia. He graduated from William & Mary School of Law, in Williamsburg, Virginia.

He is a former Assistant Public Defender and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney and has practiced in the Frederick & Clarke County area since 1994. His primary practice focuses on civil litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia (1994) and West Virginia (1995). In 2008 he was admitted to the US Supreme Court.
